World of Walas at Expo Real 2018

With 45.000 visitors every year, Expo Real in Munich is one of the biggest global tradeshows about Real Estate. This year, Gerben van Straaten, CEO of World of Walas, and Lord Mayor Ullrich Sierau of the City of Dortmund joined the Expo to present plans for the PHOENIX West area development. The presentation introduced our concepts for the blast furnace as part of the larger area redevelopment to support the relaunch of the local economy and the modernization of the real estate asset.
